We developed a video for new Sam’s Club members and Sam's Club Associates called “Treasure Hunt." This video was used to demonstrate how to save money shopping, play the Sam's Club scavenger hunt, and to encourage use of the app. It also was a training video for Associates of Sam’s Club, to explain how they can get shoppers excited for rewards earned when new members successfully complete the game. By demonstrating both user-facing features and internal training steps, Craftsman Plus balanced the line between engaging and exciting content for creative marketing results, and internal assets for the Sam’s Club companywide efforts. Play the game, use the app, and ultimately win rewards and earnings.
