Craftsman Plus worked closely with the Sam's Club mobile team to craft a series of videos praising their customers, explaining key App functionality, and highlighting new membership features and incentives.

Our first video for Sam’s Club featured their Scan & Go mobile app. Similar to today’s modern pay as you go products, this video showcased how Sam’s Club product brings them into the digital age. Our video performed higher than any other video creative before it, driving 6-7x better CVR than other content being run prior to it. The visual animations and colorful themes driving the production of these features begins here and continues throughout our multi-series videos for Sam’s Club mobile consumer & business products.

Sam's Club App Store video was built to increase conversions, grow engagement and educate consumers using the app. This feature is efficient and conveys the message in an easy to understand way, showcasing features that directly benefit consumer’s lives. The video is simple yet straightforward and paints an accurate picture of the product, sticking to the Sam's Club brand guidelines that members (both current and future) have come to recognize and expect.

CMP created a video called "Treasure Hunt" that is used to demonstrate how to save money shopping, how to play the Sam's Club scavenger hunt game, and to encourage use of the app. It also was a training video for Associates of Sam’s Club, to explain how they can get shoppers excited for rewards earned when new members successfully complete the game. By demonstrating both user-facing features and internal training steps, Craftsman Plus balanced the line between engaging and exciting content for creative marketing results, and internal assets for the Sam’s Club companywide efforts. Play the game, use the app, and ultimately win rewards and earnings.
